Is there any requirements associated with the discounts for this promotion?

Yes, to enjoy the 12 months discounted service, you must meet the below criteria:

 

  • As the Account Owner, you must trade in an active SIM from your current service provider; eSIM accepted
  • As the Account Owner, you must sign-up for any Unlimited Mobile PostPaid Plan: Starter, Lite, Plus, Elite or Max Plan
  • As the Account Owner, you must not have an active PostPaid Plan or a recently terminated PostPaid Plan with Digi in the last 12 months
  • You must maintain your account active and in good standing to qualify for the applicable discount. If you have an active Payment Agreement (PA), this agreement must also be in good standing at the time the discount is applied
  • If you have an arrears balance, you must first sign a Payment Agreement (PA) to address the outstanding arrears
  • As a qualifying Make the Switch customer, you must not downgrade the originally contracted Unlimited Mobile PostPaid Plan during the promotion and discount period (July 1, 2024 – August 2025) as this will disqualify you from enjoying any remaining discount associated with this promotion

 

As a qualifying customer, how do I know that I have received the discounted months of service?

As a qualifying Make the Switch customer, you will see the discount amount associated with the Unlimited Mobile PostPaid Plan contracted on your monthly bill.  The first discount will be applied to the first full month of service.

What would prevent me from enjoying the discounts associated with this offer?

In order to enjoy the savings associated with this Make the Switch offer, the following criteria must be met:

 

  • As the account owner you must not have an existing Unlimited Mobile PostPaid Plan contracted or a recently terminated Unlimited Mobile PostPaid Plan over the last 12 months
  • You must keep your account active and in good standing for the entire duration of the promotion and discount period: July 2024 – August 2025
  • The original Unlimited Mobile PostPaid Plan must not be downgraded within the promotion/discount period
